It was 2008 and the financial crisis was unfolding as my family was selling our home and tying up loose ends. Jobs in my field, especially in the DC area, became very scarce as the financial crisis was upon us, and the mortgage industry, which had seen a recent rough patch, was about to see a resurgence, so I dove in headfirst.
As a Loan Officer for more than 13 years, helping people buy their first home, their next home, 2nd home, or an investment property is a passion of mine. Additionally, my clients can expect honesty and integrity when working with me.
On top of that, nobody understands moving more than I do, having done it 11 times in 27 years, 4 times across the Atlantic. Silver Spring, MD and attended Gonzaga College HS in the district. I earned an Economics degree at Towson University, and later received a master's degree in financial management from the University of Maryland.
In
my spare time, I enjoy doing landscape work in my yard and keeping fit. I live in Ashton, MD with my very English wife of 25 years and 3 kids, two of whom were born in London and one in SW Connecticut.
I also enjoy travelling. I have been to 38 states and 26 countries and counting. I very much look forward to working with you.
