The interest rate is based on the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal  minus a margin, which is determined by the line of credit amount secured.

 

             $100,000 - $1,000,000       Prime minus 1.500%

             $1,000,001 - $2,000,000    Prime minus 1.625%

             $2,000,001 - $3,500,000    Prime minus 1.750%

             $3,500,001 - $5,000,000    Prime minus 2.000%
